TERMS OF SERVICE
I. I, THE ARTIST HAVE RIGHT TO THE COMMISSIONED PIECE UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. The client may not claim the art as their own unless the client pays an additional amount as usage for any commercial use (negotiable price)—if stated otherwise, the client can only use the art for personal use.
II. THERE SHOULD BE AN APPROPRIATE CREDIT TO THE ARTIST'S ART WHEN POSTED TO OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS. The client should write the artist's name and social media in the description whenever their art is posted in any social media sites.
III. THE ARTIST WILL ONLY START WITH THE ART WORK AFTER THE PAYMENT. Only until the full payment is given will the artist start with their first sketch draft.
IV. THE CLIENT CAN ONLY ASK FOR A REFUND UNTIL THE COLOR DRAFT. Unless the artist themselves will pull out from the commission, the client is only able to pull out before and during the coloring process.
V. ANY USAGE OF THE ARTIST'S ART IN ANY MALICIOUS ACTION WILL RESULT TO BLACKLISTING. Do not use the artist's art as a way to bully, degrade, and harrass anyone from any denomination, ethnicity, community, or group.
VI. THE ARTIST WILL ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL Paypal is the only form of payment the artist has at this moment. Any additional forms of payment will be updated and it will be announced in all of the artist's social media accounts.
VII. THE ARTIST HAS THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A COMMISSION. The artist will not draw any of the following:
-NSFW ART
-ANY FORM OF HATE TOWARDS THE MARGINALIZED, POC, OR THE LGBTQIA
-HATE SPEECH
-HYPER RELIGIOUS STATEMENTS
-PROSHIP, INCEST
-ANY FORMS OF TRIGGERING CONTENT
